Textile sewing

Machine sewing, pattern making and small-batch production, especially for women.

Carpentry

Woodworking, furniture and school desk production, measuring and assembly.

Power banks / chargers

Assembly, testing and repair of portable batteries and chargers, electrical safety.

Welding

Arc and gas welding, metal fabrication and workplace safety practice.

Every step from enrollment to market is tracked and reported.

    Families and youth in need are identified by local teams.

    Vocational training

    3-6 months of hands-on workshop training with a master craftsman.

    Workshop production

    Trainees produce real orders under quality control.

    Market and sales

    Products are sold locally, income shared between producer and workshop.

    Photos, records and income reports are shared with donors.
